This season, we bottled that feeling and poured it all over our new Summer Menu.
Crunchy, creamy, citrusy, juicy. Dishes that feel sun-ripened, with pops of colour and texture that hit just right.
It’s not just about food. It’s about moments: lunch that turns into an afternoon. A cold spoonful of something creamy after a walk in the heat. Sharing something unexpected with your favourite people.
- Summer Tomatoes with Ajoblanco: A chilled ajo blanco base, smooth, savoury, and super refreshing, with kumato and pink tomatoes, purple grapes, peach, caramelized hazelnuts, microgreens, extra virgin olive oil, and flaky sea salt.
- Avocado with watermelon tartar: Creamy avo meets spirulina cream, six-seed mix with Tajín, watermelon, avocado, teriyaki sauce, coriander, extra virgin olive oil, and flaky sea salt.
- Summer burrata garden bowl: Cherry gazpacho meets citrus dressing, spinach, arugula, corn, green apple, cucumber, edamame, kalamata olives, roasted sweet potato, yellow cherry tomatoes, watermelon, burrata, and black olive powder.
- Roasted carrots: Yellow and orange carrots with creamy avo, mustard sauce, tahini, hazelnut dukkah, and microgreens.
- Greek salad: Watermelon, melon, cucumber, cherry tomato, mint, feta, olive tapenade and red wine vinaigrette. A classic with a twist.
- Street corn: Corn and choclo, crème fraîche, cotija, spring onion, avocado, citrus, tajín. Sweet, smoky, and totally snackable.
